Muddy Waters

Club 47
Cambridge, MA
August 24, 1966

This is one of my favorite Muddy Waters shows. I've enjoyed his music over the years since first hearing him in the mid Eighties on a greatest hits tape when I worked as a chef at the local Hotel, and we listened to everything from Muddy and Fats to Jim Reeves, the Doors and The Sex Pistols, all in the same long hard Day.
Great clear soundboard recording of Muddy at his best.
